Ector's Guide to Disease

Disease, my friends, is a dreadful thing. Unfortunately, it is far too common in our society, and in Rokane! How does disease work? How is it cured? What kinds of diseases can I get here in Rokane? All of these are questions I will cover in this guide...
So how does one catch a disease in Rokane? you may wonder. Well, if you don't already check the homepage everytime you play, you might want to start. It isn't just for newbies and statistics. It also features one very important column: Ulaud the Bard. Ulaud will give you the in-game news for players of RoR. Not only will he warn you if any diseases are out and about, but he can give you all sorts of juicy gossip!
Now when Ulaud tells you about diseases going around, he is very specific. He will tell you the DISEASE NAME, and the FREQUENCY of the disease. There are four different levels of frequency a disease can have.
Minor outbreak - 1 person has been infected (although it may spread)Major outbreak - A few people have been infected (it may spread to more)
Huge outbreak - Several people have been infected (may spread to even more yetPlague - The majority of the players have been infected (may spread)
Some diseases are contagious, and some are not. The disease list in this guide will tell you which diseases are and which aren't.
How does one get a disease? If a disease arrives, certain people will be chosen at random and infected. They will also be notified that they are infected via PM.
How does one stop a disease? If you're infected, head for Gordik's Pharmacy A.S.A.P. and purchase the appropriate medicine for your disease. The medicine you must buy will be listed in a disease's stats.
What happens if I'm infected? For every day you're infected and fail to cure yourself, you lose () XP Tokens. For each disease, () is different, so look at a disease's stats to see what () is for it.
What does it mean if a disease is infectious/contagious? If a disease is infectious, and the person(s) with it fail to cure it, more people will get it, and more and more, until it either passes, or people start curing themselves.
Note: If one of the slots following "medicine:" has a [P] before it, this simply means that the medicine is a potion, and must be purchased from Wizard Willy, rather than from the pharmacy.
