Greetings, ranger! You wish to have an audience with the king? Unfortunately I cannot give you that in full, but I am a servent boy for King Tristanthimun, and a town cryer, so give me your message and I will deliver it to the king.
Only speak with the King over the following topics:
1. Request a new rule, or change in rules
2. Request a large, or very major change, that is out of Cortnogg or Bren's control
